NTT DATA Services currently seeks a BPO Sr. Associate to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

 

 

Role Responsibilities

- Has in-depth knowledge of Tools/Software used for Transactions & Audit Process

- Performs transactional quality audit based on predefined audit parameters

- Has the ability detect transactional errors and perform root cause analysis

- Accurately reports the required data for  various Projects/Initiatives

- Can classify errors based on type, can perform root cause analysis and documentation of quality protoco

 - Work requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment to investigate and resolve problems or situations

- Recommends and assists in the implementation of changes to policies / procedures as appropriate

- Understands the implications of actions and decisions within work area and across teams

 - Receives general direction; work may be completed without pre-established procedures

- Work guided by team requirements or department objectives

- Coordinates resources and activities as needed to achieve deadlines and results

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience & Knowledge in Life and Annuity Insurance Products and Processes

 

 

Preferences

- Associates degree, technical college or some college course work

- General Accounting in an Insurance TPA set up
