We are currently seeking a Medicaid Privacy Auditor to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

The Privacy Auditor, working closely with the DHS Privacy Officer, will be a key contributor in conducting audits and other services for the DHS Privacy Office.  These services include: conducting investigations related to information privacy incidents and accurately documenting investigation, findings, analyses, and response activities.
Job Responsibilities Include:
•    Revise current audit(s) to align with new requirements from the DHS Privacy Officer

•    Build compliance program to track and ensure resolution of all findings
•    Conduct privacy compliance audits
•    Prepare written and oral reports on audits for leadership
•    Coordinate data collection across multiple jurisdictions

Basic Qualifications:
•    Minimum five years combined experience working with:
      1) Privacy or security audits and assessments

      2) HIPAA, CMS MARS-E and NIST Security and Privacy control frameworks
      3) IT governance, risk, compliance (GRC), auditing, drafting privacy plans and conducting risk assessments
•    Bachelors Degree
•    Local to Little Rock, AR and ability to travel to locations across Arkansas

Preferred Skills: 
•    Hold one or more privacy or security certifications such as CHPC, CIPP, CISA, CISM, CISSP
•    Experience working with State Department of Health and Human Services

•    Comprehensive understanding of security and privacy controls 
•    Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
•    Thorough understanding of NIST, MARS-E, CMS Certification Frameworks 
•    Advanced client and vendor relationship management 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $70,000-$105,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. 

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
