Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing end-to-end data migration, reporting transformation, and data governance initiatives supporting AML/KYC governance programs. The role ensures data integrity, reporting continuity, and operational excellence by designing scalable data solutions and maintaining high-quality reporting environments. The successful candidate will combine expertise in data engineering, migration strategy, reporting governance, and stakeholder management to support critical business and regulatory reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent reporting cadences for AML/KYC governance, including the preparation of Management Information (MI) reports covering risk exposure, trend analysis, and remediation progress for senior leadership.
• Define data mapping specifications, transformation rules, and migration strategies to support target-state business processes and reporting requirements.
• Perform data cleansing, data conversion, testing, reconciliation, and post-migration audits to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and operational readiness.
• Ensure reporting and data management processes comply with regulatory, audit, security, and data governance requirements.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and project stakeholders to successfully deliver migration and reporting initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and the adoption of best practices in data management, reporting, and governance.
• Monitor and improve data quality standards to support reliable business and regulatory reporting.

Experience Required

• 4 to 6+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Migration, Data Engineering, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale data migration and transformation initiatives within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong hands-on experience in data mapping, data conversion, reconciliation testing, migration validation, and data quality assurance.
• Solid understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and reporting controls.
• Experience in reporting, dashboard development, process automation, and management information reporting.
• Exposure to AML/KYC, regulatory reporting, compliance, or risk management functions is highly desirable.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of database concepts, data modeling, data architecture, and data management principles.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Power BI.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong project coordination, business analysis, and requirements management expertise.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
