AI-Native BPS / BPaaS Design
- Design modular BPS/BPaaS solutions leveraging agentic platforms, autonomous planning engines, and decision-support systems.
- Collaborate with ontology, ML, and engineering teams to define data models, event structures, and operational ontologies for manufacturing and supply chain use cases.
- Create reusable domain patterns and accelerators for faster transformation across industrial clients.
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Conduct deep discovery of client operations, supply chain flows, plant processes, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Present architectural designs, transformation plans, and AI-driven value cases to C-level leaders, including COOs, CSCOs, and Heads of Manufacturing.

Strategic Roadmapping
- Align industry priorities—resiliency, cost efficiency, sustainability—with platform capabilities and transformation roadmaps.
- Shape long-term modernization strategies grounded in digital twins, predictive intelligence, autonomous operations, and Industry 4.0/5.0 principles.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in Manufacturing or Supply Chain, ideally with domain architecture or process transformation experience.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing and logistics operations, including production lifecycle, procurement, inventory, planning, order management, and quality/process control.
- Demonstrated experience designing target operating models or orchestrating digital transformation in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Strong understanding of automation strategies, digital supply chain, Industry 4.0 technologies, and BPaaS models.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, agent orchestration, or predictive analytics (even if not hands-on).
- Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence senior executives.
