We are currently seeking a LAN Network Configuration Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California (US-CA), United States (US).

NTT DATA is seeking a skilled LAN Network Configuration Manager to lead network upgrades as part of our multi-site modernization initiative. This role is responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and integration of IEEE 802.3 Ethernet and IEEE 802.11 Wireless LANs, focusing on enhanced network performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage network modernization projects, ensuring upgrades are effectively implemented.
• Develop and execute comprehensive configuration plans for Ethernet and Wireless LANs.
• Monitor and oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to maintain optimal system performance.
• Remain up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relavent experience in network arena
• Minimum Three (3) years of experience in their area of focus for projects of this scope and complexity.
• Minimum Three (3) years of experience in the design, planning, implementing, and integration of IEEE 802.3 Ethernet LANs and IEEE 802.11 Wireless LANs.
• A valid Cisco CCNP routing/switching/wireless, and/or Aruba ACSP, or equivalent.

• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder status.
• Located within commuting distance of Los Angeles, CA, or willingness to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience managing network teams or projects.
• Proficiency with network management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE-ENT) are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking solutions.

Location Requirements

Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Los Angeles, CA or demonstrate a willingness to relocate.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $117,232 to $156,310. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
