We are currently seeking a Senior Unidata/Unibasic Developer - Remote to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

Senior Unidata/Unibasic Developer
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Unidata/Unibasic Developer to lead and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of complex applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Unidata/Unibasic, Python, and Linux, with proven leadership in managing development teams and resolving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Perform detailed design and development of complex applications and architecture components.
•    Lead small teams of developers in configuring, programming, and testing software solutions.
•    Troubleshoot and fix medium to complex defects; resolve performance issues across applications.
•    Ensure timely resolution of service requests and maintain accountability for assigned tickets.
•    Monitor and track ticket resolution, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
•    Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
•    Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:
•    Unidata/Unibasic Development: 11+ years of hands-on experience.
•    Python Programming: 3+ years of experience in scripting and automation.
•    Linux Environment: 6+ years of experience in system operations and shell scripting.
•    Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
•    Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and optimization.
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•    Strong communication and leadership abilities.
