We are currently seeking a Performance Tester/Architect to join our team in MEXICO, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Performance Testing Lead/Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Performance Testing Team
• Assign tasks and activities to the performance testers
• Work with the clients to understand requirements and deliver services.
• Gather and document information on system usage
• Analyze and Derive performance test requirements
• Develop performance test strategy
• Prepare performance test design

•  Experience in gathering and eliciting performance testing requirements.

• Experience in use of systematic methods to identify the bottleneck scenarios to be performance tested and subsequently derive the tools, environment and other resource requirements.
• Experience in Identifying Non-functional requirements.
• Derive tool and resource requirements.
• Analyze and Derive performance test requirements.
• Develop performance test strategy.
• Prepare performance test design.
• Define Performance testing scope, objectives, critical success factors. Suggest Performance testing approach and process model.
• Identify Environment requirements, test data requirements and monitoring tool requirements.
• Identify Risks, assumptions, best practices, reports.
•  Prepare Acceptance criteria and change management processes.
• Define Requirements for execution of performance test scenarios such as preconditions, test script requirements, test data requirements, environment requirements, monitoring and user groups.

Basic Qualifications:

• Greater than 8 years’ experience as Performance Engineer.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must Have Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Excellent exposure to Performance Engineering and Performance engineering tools.
• Hands on expertise in Performance Test Planning, Design, Execution, Evaluation and Reporting.
• Onsite offshore coordination skills.
• Excellent client coordination skills.
• Ability to provide value adds and solutions from QA in a dynamic environment.
