We are currently seeking a Senior Lab Support Engineer to join our team in Mahwah, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

"We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Lab Support Engineer with deep expertise in Windows operating systems, hardware configuration, virtualization, and lab environment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience supporting test environments, managing lab inventory, and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. This role is critical in maintaining a secure, efficient, and compliant lab setup for testing and development purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
•    PC Imaging & Configuration:
•    Prepare and deploy desktop and laptop computers using standardized imaging tools and procedures.
•    Configure operating systems, applications, and user settings according to company standards.
•    Hardware & Software Support:
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
•    Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on systems as needed.
•    Inventory & Asset Management:
•    Track and manage IT equipment inventory.
•    Assist with equipment setup, relocation, and disposal.
•    User Support & Communication:
•    Provide technical assistance to employees in person, via phone, or through remote support tools.
•    Communicate clearly and professionally with users to understand and resolve issues.
•    Documentation & Quality Assurance:
•    Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and equipment status.
•    Ensure all work meets quality standards and follows IT policies and procedures.
•    Physical Requirements:
•    Lift, carry, and move computer equipment as needed (up to [insert weight, e.g., 75 lbs]).
•    This position provides 24/7 - 365 Hardware support to our Ramapo Ridge Datacenter. The Datacenter Hardware team is responsible for swapping failed server components such as DIMMS, Power supplies, Array controllers, Hard drives, etc. Will also be responsible for Vendor Escorts, Server installations, Server decommissioning and Vendor dispatching. Candidate will work trouble tickets and create work orders for repairs.  This position is based on a 4x10 workday.  Candidate must possess working knowledge of server components, and be willing to work any shift. (Day, twilight, overnight and weekends.)
Qualifications:
•    Minimum of 1 year of experience in imaging and configuring PCs.
•    High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in IT field preferred.
•    Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•    Ability to lift and move computer equipment safely.
•    Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
•    High attention to detail and commitment to quality
