NTT DATA Services currently seeks a BPO Trainer - Healthcare Account to join our team in Manila, Quezon (PH-QUE), Philippines (PH).



In this Role you will be Responsible For


·        Manage and Govern Knowledge Acquisition  and Knowledge Transfer related activities in the account and work with the client and various stakeholders to ensure that processes knowledge is documented and transferred to the operations team

·        Responsible for TNA, policy calibration sessions, policy syncs, client reviews on Policy and Training deliverables

·        Structure On-boarding Training requirements, Pre Process, Customer Visits etc.

·        Ensure that all new employees go through the defined new learning path for their respective roles in the account

·        Report and Resolve pre-process and process training issues identified by Process SMEs and new employees

·        Govern and mitigate issues identified during progress of new hires during OJT and GO-live

·        Strategize refresher and remedial training for existing employees

·        Ensure all regulatory requirements are complied with from time to time

·        Maintain Policy and Training data and information

·        Ensure generation of policy and training reports from time to time are streamlined

·        Support any administrative tasks like policy sync, policy creation, policy maintenance and trainer roster and scheduling of connect sessions and forums

·        Review policy and training content as per client requirement and training readiness

·        Provide feedback and coaching to policy specialists and trainers

·        Take ownership for improvement in policy specialists and trainers performance

·        Responsible for account level Knowledge Management metrics and affiliated business metrics

·        Governance and reporting of trends and process status on training and policy deliverables

·        Schedule client reviews and drive actionable pertaining to process knowledge requirements


Requirements for this role include:


High school diploma or equivalent.
Associates degree preferred.

University degree 

Relevant work experience in training as a people manager

Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
7+ years of Call Center experience.
7+ years of experience that required a knowledge of healthcare insurance policy concepts.


**Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday Evening Shift.The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
