We are currently seeking a ETL Production Support Lead to join our team in McKinney, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). This position can be worked Remotely.

Skill Requirements:

8 yrs experience with ETL development and data integration best practices.

6 yrs experience with .Net programming.

6 yrs experience troubleshooting and optimizing cloud data pipelines for performance, security, and reliability.

6 yrs experience with SQL skills and familiarity with finance-focused databases and reporting systems.

6 yrs experience programming in more than one object-oriented programming language; .Net, JavaScript, HTML, VB6, VB.NET and C#.

6 yrs experience providing technical support for web, desktop or mobile applications.

Additional skills required:

Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems.

Triage complex issues and handle escalations.

Identify root cause in the code, suggest break-fix activities in the code and/or DB.

Exposure to modern data security and privacy practices.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, risk, and IT teams.

Process oriented mindset and ability to change/adapt quickly.

Willing to provide support after office hours, weekends and stay on call when business needs.

Hands on experience with application support workload a plus.

Knowledge of Insurance industry a plus.

General AWS knowledge a plus.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

The ability to take responsibility for one’s own performance.

High degree of integrity in handling confidential information.
