We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our team in McLean, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Duties and Tasks:

  • Collaborate with project staff and the client to measure and monitor the quality and delivery of service
  • Identify, analyze to correct quality deficiencies or inequalities within the project
  • Develop deep familiarity of the contract stipulations and requirements
  • Prepare, implement, and manage a Quality Control Plan that defines the approach, processes, schedule, and procedures for ensuring the quality and reliability of products and services consistent with training certification standards
  • Develop and maintain a quality management program that encompasses Performance/Quality Assurance, Data Collection, and Analytics
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management


Minimum Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in managing large quality assurance programs
  • 4 years' experience supporting government clients (Federal/ S & L)
  • ITIL v3/4 Foundations certification
  • Must be a US citizen or a Green Card Holder.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification preferred
  • Developed & executed an ISO 9000-2015 and ISO 20000 compliant Quality Plan 
  • Conducted audits across a large multi-disciplined program.
