NTT DATA is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Specialist who will be responsible for providing sales operations support to various sales functions and senior management. In this supporting role, you will help drive the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. We are seeking people with a passion for helping others and who are eager to take on a variety of projects in a dynamic environment. Proven problem solving and communication skills are required, and a quantitative or technical background is a big plus.

  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain elevated levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s execution efforts – makes things just work.
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation on sales and sales governance processes and assists with on-boarding new sales executives
  • Monitors sales organization compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
  • Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sale processes, and requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies; develop operational measurements to identify business process issues and provide recommendations and solutions to business challenges
  • Oversee governance of all Sales Policies across a global sales team; run routine audits to verify compliance at all levels
  • Team player, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • 1-3 years; Customer Relationship Management

 

  • 1-3 years; Messages in a clear and concise manner
  • 1-3 years; Presents and facilitates to achieve desired results
  • 1-3 years; Design and manage using effective metrics
