NTT DATA Services currently seeks a ACCOUNT SERVICE ADVISOR to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).



CMDB/Config Manager
3 years CMDB operational experience in a large environment
1-2 years’ experience performing Application and Service Mapping
Create, update, and maintain Configuration Items, their relationships and interdependencies
Manage the CMDB queue for all CI related requests
In-depth understanding of application and infrastructure architecture and relationships - including, but not limited to servers, SAN, network, database and middleware
Working knowledge of CMDB development, maintenance, normalization/reconciliation and implementation planning
Strong understanding and hands on experience of ServiceNow discovery for servers (hardware extended), network (network extended), printers, database instances and web applications
Create import templates and load files for CIs
Ability to review and analyze discovery logs and act accordingly to remediate
Identify and manage CI classes, CI attributes and relationships within the CMDB and Control the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal of all supported CI's
When required, provide knowledge and support to the CI owner community to enable them to meet data completeness and quality standards (i.e., what is/is not a CI and clearly define the correct CI)
Ability to work simultaneously on different requirements with a variety of projects and short timelines
Act with team setting or individually
Be responsible for auditing, validating, status accounting and reporting on CMDB activities (KPI and Metric reporting)
Uphold and implement best practices

Change Management

Receive, log and allocate a priority, in collaboration with the initiator, to all RFCs. Reject any RFCs that are totally impractical.
Tables all Request for Changes (RFCs) for a CAB meeting, issues an agenda and circulates all requests for changes to Change Advisory Board members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration.
Decide which people will come to which meetings, who get specific RFCs depending on the nature of the RFC, what is to be changed, and people's areas of expertise.
Convenes urgent CAB or ECAB meetings for all urgent RFCs.
After consideration of the advice given by the CAB or ECAB, authorize acceptable Changes. Issues change schedules.
Identifying and publishing the Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC) to respective stakeholders across Organization.
Conduct Post Implementation review meetings to review all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives; refers back any that have been backed out of have failed.
Reviews all outstanding RFCs and analyses change records to determine any trends.
Closes RFCs and produce regular and accurate management reports.
To undertake such projects of a level commensurate with the responsibility to deliver it within the SLA.
Compile KPI reporting on a weekly/monthly basis, send regular status and progress reports to the senior management regarding the change schedule and implementation update

Basic Qualifications:
10 + years in ITIL Service Management space with exposure to CMDB and Change Management.
