We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive - Healthcare Staffing (REMOTE) to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Business Development Executive to join our Healthcare Resource Solutions team.

Client's business problem to solve?

Our Clients and Prospects are in the US Healthcare space.  Our solution includes temporary resource solutions, temp-to-hire, direct-hire, executive search and managed services.

Position's General Duties and Tasks

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Generating net new/new logo sales for resource solutions
• Selling NTT DATA's professional services such as IT solutions, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions, both project based and staff augmentation
• Managing customer relations to include expansions/extensions
• Presentations to customers including PowerPoint
• Represent NTT Data at industry conferences when needed
• Contract negotiations

Requirements for this role include:

What are the required skills for this role?   

• Minimum 5 years of previous Staff Augmentation Sales experience
• Minimum 5 years of previous Healthcare experience
• 2 years previous experience preparing and presenting Powerpoints to customers/prospects to include “C” level.
• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our clients/prospects. Excellent English skills required.

• Experience with SFDC
• Experience with Job Diva
• Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday. Travel may be required as needed.
