We are currently seeking a Jefe de Sistemas en sitio Azcapotzalco (CDMX) to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

We are currently looking for a Field Engineer fluent in English to join our team in zone: Mexico 45, Azcapotzalco, Mexico City.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education required: Bachelor degree.
• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
• Solid knowledge of Windows/MacOS/Linux operating systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of an office.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

Job Responsibilities

• Hardware troubleshooting.
• Software installation and support
• Network configuration and troubleshooting
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Remote desktop support
• Provide technical support in the field to clients.
• Resolve technical problems in operating systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective hardware maintenance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
