LATAM Tax Advisor Job Description

LATAM Compliance

• Review, Analyze, and Document Corporate Income Tax Return Positions
• Develop and Maintain Tax Balances and Process Documentation
• Perform technical analysis
• Review tax reporting and submissions such as CFDIs, WHT, Tax Reports
• Ensure electronic invoices were issued correctly
• Respond to information requests
• Contribute tax technical knowledge to respective teams
• Indirect Tax Compliance as needed
• Represent the company at Tax Offices with Service Provider Representative
• Prefer experience with Tax Provision

LATAM Audit Support

• Provide documentation and analysis to support audits
• Connect with service providers for advice

LATAM Projects

• Provide cross functional tax support with assistance of Tax Director
• Obtain cross functional support and approvals for tax solutions
• Document decisions and conclusions with internal memos
• Take ownership of projects and deliver on tight deadlines
• Handle Service Provider administrative functions
