NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Technical Analysis Specialist Advisor to join our team in Mexico City, Distrito Federal (MX-DIF), Mexico (MX).

 

 

Technical Analysis Specialist Advisor

 

Skills

 

Customer facing

Good communication skills written and verbal

Good technical understanding of PC technologies and collaboration tools (i.e. Skype, WebEx, etc). 

Time and organizational management skills.

 

Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities

 

Technical support, Coordination Management, Escalation Assistance, Business Leader Point of Contact

 

Coordination of local IS Operations, including:

  • Operational management of MSPs (Managed service providers)
  • Partnership with Infrastructure teams
  • Local vendor management (local IT vendors)
  • Assists the IT team during emergencies and major incidents
  • Operational excellence
  • Identifies potential support process improvements
  • Identifies and follows-up IT issues for local applications and systems
  • Applies information Systems (“IS”) strategy in the technical area
  • Makes sure country infrastructure related requests are dealt with according to IS governance model
  • Applies global and cross country solutions through virtual technical teams
  • Coordinates delivery of technical solutions, either globally or locally managed as agreed between the parties
  • Coordinates executive and off-site events
  • Represent countries in technical projects
  • Specific support requests
  • Local training needs
  • Informs country specific IS teams of IS strategies and roadmaps.
  • Maintains knowledge of IS quality and compliance policies, SOPs.
  • Contributes to development and maintenance of relevant policies, SOPs and associated documents for IS
  • Supports compliance with corporate regulatory requirements e.g. SOX, GxP, Data Privacy, Data Security
  • Supports and participates in and helps clarify findings from regulatory and other IT audits

 

Requirements:

 5 to 7 years experience in an IT liaison function supporting the business users. Familiarity of IT terminology and concepts.
