NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).




  • Establish and implement transfer pricing policy, procedures and practices regarding the pricing and documentation of all intra-group transactions.
  • Identify and recommend appropriate action in areas of responsibility to mitigate the transfer pricing risk in light of the increasingly diverse and challenging commercial, regulatory and tax environment.
  • Work with HR and Finance team to develop Permanent Establishment mitigation strategies
  • Assist with maintaining long-term and short-term travel policies involving cross border and cross legal entity travel
  • Assist to defend global transfer pricing policies within NTT group companies
  • Manage audit defense and APA negotiations
  • Manage the implementation of global transfer pricing models, including development and maintenance of various models to support accounting and business operations comply with applicable transfer pricing policies.
  • Provide support on taxation/transfer pricing aspects of large complex global transactions.
  • Assist accounting teams with transfer pricing compliance, identifying, documenting and periodically reviewing related party transactions.
  • Liaise with accounting and the lines of business to provide transfer pricing input by developing a clear understanding of business needs and expectations and implementing appropriate transfer pricing solutions that support their requirements.
  • Manage intercompany relationships and advise on intercompany agreements.
  • Produce and champion best practice controls and documentation standards to achieve optimal standards of transfer pricing compliance.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably advanced degree in economics, tax, accounting or finance
  • CPA, Masters of Taxation or LLM in Tax are preferred
  • 7-10+ years’ experience in large corporate tax environments, mix of industry and public accounting preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and corporate tax law
  • A good understanding of US transfer pricing and OECD principles
  • The ability to manage multiple, large projects/processes
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Detail oriented; strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills; solid team player
