Murex Back Office Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Murex Back Office Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Murex MX.3 platform, with a focus on back office operations including settlements, confirmations, accounting, and nostro reconciliation. The consultant will work closely with operations teams, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure smooth trade lifecycle processing. 
•    5+ years of experience working with Murex MX.3, with specific hands-on experience in the Back Office module
•    Strong understanding of : confirmation, settlement, payment, accounting, and reconciliation
•    Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards (MT/MX formats) 
•    Experience with static data configuration in Murex (settlement instructions, netting rules, cutoffs, calendars)
•    Knowledge of accounting principles and Murex accounting configuration (accounting schemes, event mapping)
•    Experience with asset classes: FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income, Derivatives
•    Strong SQL skills for data investigation and troubleshooting
•    Experience with Murex Datamart or reporting tools is a plus
•    Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting settlements (e.g., CSDR, T+1 settlement cycles) is a plus
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
•    Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Technology)
