We are currently seeking a Power BI Architecture and Implementation to join our team in Mexico, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

 Around 7-10 years of experience in the IT industry with expertise in Power BI Architecture and Implementation, Data Analysis, Design, and Data Visualization, with extensive usage of Power BI, Stakeholder Management, and Advanced Excel.

• Collaborated with business teams (end users) to gather BI report requirements, perform analysis, HLD, and LLD documentation, and communicate technical specifications to ensure optimized data and analytics solutions.
• Experienced in developing various Power BI reports, including Drill Down, Drill Through, Cascading Parameters, Sub Reports, KPIs, Data Modeling, and Dashboards in Power BI Service.
• Expertise in data ingestion, data processing, and analytical pipelines for Big Data, relational databases, NoSQL, and data warehouse solutions.
• Skilled in report tuning and performance optimization using data optimization techniques
• Experienced in developing applications in PowerApps using SQL, Power Automate (Flow), Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge of SQL objects, including Joins, Stored Procedures, Functions, and Views.
• Skilled in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data to address business questions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong ability to work independently and in team-oriented environments, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experienced in Agile methodologies and standards.
• Implemented Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI, integrating it with Power BI Service Portal and configuring automatic refresh using On-Premises Gateway.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Query Editor Transformations.
• Integrated Power Apps within Power BI Dashboards to enable live user inputs in SharePoint.
