Senior Manager for NTT DATA Supply Chain Consulting
Milan, Italy

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Manager within Supply Chain Consulting of NTT DATA, you support with growing the Italian business. The Supply Chain Consulting team is creating value for their clients by improving the supply chains by improving planning, network design and supply chain operations.
Our Italian practice has a successful team of supply chain professionals. As Senior Manager you will be responsible to create additional growth. We envision that growth comes from closely collaborating with colleagues from other parts of the NTT DATA family, from working closely with our planning technology partner, and from direct sales.
In this role you will report to the Managing Director responsible for Italy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Identify new business opportunities by collaborating with: (1) colleagues from other parts of the NTT DATA family, (2) one of our planning technology partners, (3) direct channel of prospects and existing customers.
•    Ability to present Supply Chain propositions
•    Create proposals and drive continued revenue growth
•    Create and foster relationships with clients and alliance partners
•    Increase visibility of Supply Chain Consulting in the European market, and in particular in the Italian market
•    According to business growth take ownership of recruitment

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will:
•    Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a leading institution in engineering, operations research, supply chain management or related major (Master’s degree preferred).
•    Show a minimum of 12+ years experience in the supply chain industry, preferably working with quantitative tools and methodology in analyzing supply chain decisions (specific experience in consulting is a significant advantage)
•    Demonstrate a track record of business development in supply chain
•    Have the skills and experience to understand client requirements, fit and tailor supply chain propositions, and present compelling solution to prospects
•    Ability to network within large organization, like NTT DATA Italy.
•    Possess excellent communication and presentation skills

•    Fluent in Italian and English Lanagues

TOOLS
Experience working with planning tools from o9 Solutions, Toolsgroup and/or BlueYonder is preferred
