NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Network Security Specialist Advisor to join our team in Monterrey, Nuevo León (MX-NLE), Mexico (MX).





·       Excellent command over english language.

·       Strong ethics and integrity.

·       Flexible to changing needs of customer, account and team.

·       Excellent customer facing communication skills, customer support and knowledge of ITIL best practices. ITIL certification is a plus.

·       knowledge of network security products likes Cisco Firepower, Bluecoat proxy, McAfee IDS/IPS.

·       Good knowledge of networking protocols (WCCP, PAC files, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, FTP, Telnet, SSH, etc.)

·       Candidate must possess good time management skills to properly manage operations duties and other task that will assist in the optimization of the Network Security team

·       Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure.

·       Act as point of escalation for the Network Security team and collaborate with internal NTT Data services support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

·       Special point of contact to assist with overseeing that expedite request are worked on, approved and implemented correctly and efficiently.

·       Review and address FW cleanups using AlgoSec tool to run and view reports to ensure we are addressing client’s concerns.

·       Ensure we are meeting SLA standards set, organize calls to address ticket aging issues.

·       Point of contact to provide real time status of request tickets, Change tickets, incident status and escalations to account.

·       Someone who will be closely working with account Sr.Leadership and technical counter parts over various project discussions if required.

·       Provide custom monthly SNOW reports to account, the team and management on demand bases.

·       Assist in ramping up the new hires in the team and to educate the team members with customer’s expectations as well as ensuring tickets are updated properly.  

·       Assisting in new SOP building/ modification, review discussions and calls with account technical writer and counterparts.Providing reporting to document issues with staging and ways to improve.
