NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Information Security Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec (CA-QC), Canada (CA).

 

 

We are looking for a candidate to join the Supervision, Problem, Incident, Change and Event (SPICE) Management team to focus on continuous Audit and Supervision of privileged access across all security infrastructures.

 

The candidate's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Audit security logs to determine security violations and address them in collaboration with other security teams
- Responsible for multiple Privileged Access (PA) Supervision processes related to the ESP departments IT Security infrastructure
- As the primary owner of the PA process will perform continuous review and facilitate improvements/automation while ensuring all audit requirements are met within the defined SLAs
- Collaborate with security product owners to highlight any gaps in the process and address any exceptions
- Identify any issues/bugs related to the Supervision review, tools involved in the PA process and escalate to the tooling and appropriate Operations team
- Assist in the management of the Change Management process; reviewing the changes including operational readiness and risk assessment, authorizing acceptable changes and approving changes based on global meeting reviews; ensuring that production changes are made sufficiently in advance to ensure changes are planned, tested, communicated and delivered with if any, business disruption
- Implement process improvements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the operational practices across ESP with a focus on Privileged Access Supervision, Change, Incident, Problem and Event Management
- Develop, track, review reports on changes and incidents & provide meaningful KPI to management. Identify and monitor change & incident themes and trends

 

Required Skills:
- Bachelor Degree
- Professional 3+ years’ experience (preferably in the finance industry) in a large-scale and diverse IT environment that includes experience in IT Service Management processes
- Understanding of Privileged Access principles
- Familiar with Enterprise Security architecture
- General Enterprise Infrastructure knowledge
- Information Security best practices
- Knowledge of Risk Assessment tools & methodologies
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools - Advanced MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Visio
- Experience working in ServiceNow, Jira, or any major ticketing system
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems and problem themes with the purpose to drive the necessary process and technology improvements
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Team oriented, leadership, innovative and efficiency focused
- Change Management experience
- Incident & Problem Management experience
- Event Management experience
