NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Project Program Manager Advisor - Montreal Canada to join our team in Montreal, Quebec (CA-QC), Canada (CA).





  8 – 10+ years of enterprise IT project management experience leading large-scale projects (migration, consolidation, sunsetting, etc.) inclusive of areas such as:

    Enterprise applications (e.g., SAP)

    Workgroup applications (e.g., SharePoint)

    Active Directory / Exchange

    End user Computing

    Data Center Consolidations  

  Must have previous experience executing project plan: Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals.

    Define the project plan: including major milestones, specific tasks, timing, interdependencies, dependencies, resource assignments

    Manage changes to project scope: Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance.

    Identify, document, control & monitor major risks:  Oversee what could impact application availability and project evolution such as: Work with internal and external partners in collaborative manner to identify and solve functional area issues, design solutions, develop conceptual models, translate functional area requirements into technical requirements, and support design and implementation of enterprise application solutions.

    Communicate project plan: Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the Project Plan, in order to align the stakeholders and team members.

  Ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard

  Manage relationships with a wide range of project stakeholders and ensuring client satisfaction.

  Manage relationship with senior business sponsors and customers.

  Lead, frame and coordinate project activities

  Produce regular reports to monitor portfolio performance

  Collaborate with architecture, finance,procurement, project and operational teams

  Work in a global organization with resources near shore and off shore

  Work with other PMs from clients and vendors

  Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to produce regular reports to monitor project performance, budget, and resources

  Manage vendor performance according to contracts.

  Ideally Bi-lingual (English/French)

  Merger, Acquisition, Divestiture and/or Spin-Off experience
