Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end coordination of ISG Provider Lens and potentially other analyst research submissions.
- Review RFI questionnaires and submission requirements to identify required inputs, supporting data, and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and submission schedules.
- Consolidate responses, supporting documentation, client references, and evidence required for submissions.
- Perform quality reviews to ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner closely with Analyst Relations and Advisor Relations teams to support research participation activities.
- Coordinate with business leaders, service line teams, industry leaders, marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to gather required content and data.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Content and Data Management
- Support the Evaluations Leader in maintaining repositories of submission content, standard responses, supporting evidence, and historical research materials.
- Identify opportunities to reuse and enhance content across submissions to ensure consistency of messaging and data.
- Support the collection and management of customer references and case studies for evaluations.
Process Improvement
- Maintain submission calendars, tracking tools, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop templates, checklists, and best practices to support future submissions.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in analyst relations, proposal management, RFP/RFI coordination, sales support, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating RFP, RFI, proposal, or bid-management processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, geographies, and time zones.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and project-tracking platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in professional services, consulting, technology, or other B2B organizations.
- Familiarity with ISG and ISG Provider Lens research.
