We are currently seeking a Banking BA - Presales Lead to join our team in Mumbai, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of our banking capabilities, technology solutions, showcasing their benefits and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and align them with our capabilities.
• Act as a subject matter expert on multiple domains like core-banking, payments, lending, AML, KYC etc and provide insights and recommendations to prospects.
• Develop and deliver presentations on our offerings, drafting scope of work and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives, Business Heads, IT Heads, and other business decision-makers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within the IT company or financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve win-win outcomes, understanding client needs and aligning them with company capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand complex client requirements, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions that address business challenges in the banking sector.
