Oracle Database with Goldengate Administration

Act as Lead Oracle GoldenGate Administrator for enterprise production and non-production environments

Lead Oracle GoldenGate Consultant / Lead Replication DBA (Oracle, MS SQL & Open-Source Databases)
8+ years of overall database experience
4+ years of hands-on Oracle GoldenGate experience
3+ years in a lead or senior replication role in enterprise environments

Provide 24x7 operational support with end-to-end ownership of SLAs, KPIs, and service availability
Handle L3/L4 GoldenGate incidents, performance issues, and escalations
Lead and mentor a multi-shift GoldenGate / DBA support team
Manage shift schedules, on-call rotations, and workload distribution

Design and implement Oracle GoldenGate architectures, including:

Unidirectional and bidirectional replication
Active–active and active–passive configurations
Integrated Extract, Classic Extract, and Replicat
Configure GoldenGate components (Extract, Pump, Replicat, Trails)
Implement checkpointing, conflict detection, and error handling mechanisms

Implement and support cross-database and heterogeneous replications, including:
Oracle to Oracle
Oracle to MS SQL Server
Oracle to Open-Source databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB)
MS SQL Server to Oracle (where applicable)
Ensure schema evolution support and minimal data latency
Troubleshoot data mismatches, lag, and replication conflicts

Plan and execute Oracle GoldenGate upgrades and migrations
Design and validate HA/DR replication topologies
Implement security best practices, including encryption of trails and secure credential management
