We’re currently seeking a hands-on analytics leader to join our HR Shared Services team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming HR data into actionable insights. Role Overview

The Manager – MIS & Analytics (P&C Delivery) will take end-to-end ownership of HR operational reporting and analytics for the Shared Services function.
This hands-on role is responsible for building and maintaining accurate HR dashboards, automating Excel-based reporting, and supporting the transition to ServiceNow and BI-led analytics. The ideal candidate blends strong data skills with business understanding and a drive for process excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and publish periodic HR dashboards and MIS reports on Operation Metrics.
  • Consolidate and validate data from multiple Excel-based sources across HR desks.
  • Automate manual reports using Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA/macros to improve efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership through data analysis and trend reporting.
  • Partner with HR Systems and IT teams on the ServiceNow reporting transition and future BI dashboard development.
  • Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and compliance with information security and privacy guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced Excel expertise (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, VBA/macros).
  • Familiarity with Power BI or visualization tools; ServiceNow HRSD exposure preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and service delivery metrics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with high attention to detail.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Commerce, HR, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or analytics within HR Shared Services or similar operational functions.
  • Proven ability to manage large datasets and deliver high-quality, insight-driven reports.
