Audit Insurance Subscriber and Other Dependents Details.

Validation of existing Healthcare plans and contracts as per the set guidelines

Reports as per guideline and Database Management when required

Responsible in supporting monthly SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the domain and able to interact with client SME/Quality/Managers on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis as an when required

Work independently with minimal supervision and to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
