NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Solutions Sales Executive to join our team in New York City, New York (US-NY), United States (US).



Sales Executive - Position Summary: 


Representing NTT Data’s Insurance Technologies Services


The ideal candidate NTT DATA is seeking will have IT sales or other comparable experience, and strong relationships in the Insurance industry. Additionally, understanding of Information Technology and services in the infrastructure, applications, or business process domains is a plus. The primary role of this sales position is to generate, qualify, and close new business for the company. You will join a select group of colleagues in an intensive four-week training program centered around our service offerings at our headquarters in Plano, TX to learn the NTT DATA Services way to sell, followed by an initial deployment to one of our existing accounts.



Three plus years’ experience presenting to small or large audiences

Ability to develop a pipeline of new business contacts, opportunities and conduct regular progress reviews with immediate leadership

Requires agility to interface and influence customer stakeholders at the Director level and above

Guided by brand and NTT DATA overall sales strategies

Ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language

Prior experience in IT Services sales
Prefer someone with 3+ years of technology solution selling within the Insurance sector either L&A or P&C. 
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

3 - 5 years relevant sales experience
