NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Talent Acquisition Director to join our team in New York City, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

 

 

The qualified individual will have responsibility for the following:

Manages the talent acquisition (TA) function and activities.
Ensures that staffing needs are met in accordance with organizational staffing strategies.
Manages the integration of complex business factors to build talent acquisition strategies that lead to achievement of business objectives.
Administers programs designed to acquire talent through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures.
Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in the talent acquisition process for candidates and business partners.
Responsible for delivering on all TA metrics (Cost, Quality and Timeline) for all the businesses supported.
Plays an advisory role to the business leaders on the Talent Strategy from an acquisition of Talent Perspective.
Ensures adherence to applicable government regulations.

 


Additional duties will include:

Lead a Recruiting function consisting of Team Leads and Recruiters.
Working with high volume of resource requests across multiple geographies in the US with the ability to change focus as needed.
Manage sourcing, onboarding and staffing workflow and process.  Manage recruiter’s utilization of NTT DATA's Applicant Tracking System.
Ensuring candidates effectively move through our internal interview process real time.
Ensuring recruiters pipeline candidates to meet existing and upcoming needs.
Work with the account and practice to implement process efficiencies.
Implement recruiting programs, manage events and define strategies to meet current and forecasted needs.  
Develop recruiting strategy to support customer requirements for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire solutions.  Partner with solution leaders to support deal pursuits providing solutions and market based data.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Typically 8+ years relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.

Includes 3-5 years managerial/ leadership experience in Talent Acquisition.
· Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Strong HR services knowledge and organization change management skills.

Experience in a high-volume staffing environment required.
Financial Services and/or Insurance staffing experience or industry experience is required. 
Strong coaching skills, process development skills and consulting skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interviewing skills, industry knowledge and technical expert in leading recruiting teams
  • Proven leadership in leading large teams.

 

Basic Required Qualification:

8+ years relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.

3-5 years managerial/ leadership experience in Talent Acquisition.
 Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
