Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Business Acceleration Growth Lead with strong Capital Markets experience to drive business expansion, revenue growth, and client engagement in the New York financial services market. This role will focus on identifying new opportunities, building senior client relationships, shaping transformation-led solutions, and accelerating growth across capital markets clients including investment banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, exchanges, and financial market infrastructure firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and market expansion across capital markets and financial services accounts.
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities in areas such as trading platforms, post-trade operations, risk, compliance, data, cloud, AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, business leaders, technology stakeholders, and operations teams within capital markets organizations.
- Develop account growth strategies, business acceleration plans, and client-specific value propositions.
- Lead strategic client conversations across front office, middle office, and back office functions.
- Partner with sales, consulting, delivery, product, and technology teams to create compelling solutions and proposals.
- Support deal shaping, proposal development, commercial models, and executive presentations.
- Track market trends, regulatory changes, competitor activity, and emerging technologies impacting capital markets.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing client portfolios.
- Ensure alignment between client business objectives and transformation-led growth initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in capital markets, investment banking, asset management, securities, brokerage, or financial market infrastructure.
- Proven background in business development, growth strategy, account management, consulting, or client engagement.
- Deep understanding of capital markets domains such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, commodities, securities lending, clearing, settlement, custody, collateral management, or market data.
- Experience engaging with large financial institutions in the New York market is preferred.
- Ability to engage with C-level executives, senior business stakeholders, technology leaders, and operations heads.
- Strong understanding of front-to-back capital markets processes including trade lifecycle, order management, execution, confirmation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, risk, and regulatory reporting.
- Knowledge of digital transformation, cloud, data analytics, AI, automation, cybersecurity, and platform modernization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to build pipeline, influence deals, and deliver measurable business growth.
- Experience working in a global delivery, IT services, consulting, or technology transformation environment is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in capital markets, investment banking, asset management, securities, brokerage, or financial market infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Prior experience with consulting, IT services, fintech, or capital markets technology platforms.
- Familiarity with U.S. capital markets regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
- Knowledge of platforms or areas such as trading systems, market data platforms, risk systems, regulatory reporting, cloud modernization, and data platforms is preferred.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $214,560 - $357,600. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
