We are currently seeking a Application Support & Maintenance - Healthcare Provider - Clinical EHR/EMR Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Laurel Bridge Compass & Lighthouse Support Engineer

Noida, Bangalore or Hyderabad (WFO-5 Days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Laurel Bridge Compass environments using Lighthouse for server, interface, job, error, and storage health.
• Support DICOM image routing workflows across Sources, Rules, and Destinations.
• Troubleshoot failed, pending, queued, or stuck DICOM jobs and communication issues.
• Investigate AE Title, IP, port, inbound association, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor disk utilization and identify abnormal storage growth or excessive logging.
• Perform basic Compass service/application troubleshooting and validate job processing.
• Support configuration changes on Compass servers and ensure App1/App2 configurations remain synchronized.
• Coordinate modality-related issues with Clinical Engineering, vendors, and application SMEs.
• Support incident/request troubleshooting and escalate complex rule-building or configuration issues as required.
• Maintain adherence to operational procedures and application support standards.

Key Skills:
Laurel Bridge Compass, Lighthouse, DICOM, AE Titles, PACS/Radiology workflows, DICOM routing, interface troubleshooting, Windows Server, incident management.

This role requires work from office on all working days and shifts as per the 24x7 shift roster. The office location would be Noida, Bangalore or Hyderabad
