We are currently seeking a Application Support & Maintenance - Healthcare Provider - Clinical EHR/EMR Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

PowerScribe 360 Application Support Engineer

Role Summary:
Provide application support and administration for Nuance PowerScribe 360, supporting Radiology reporting workflows and integrations with Epic, Visage/PACS and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and administer PowerScribe 360.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, sites and procedures.
• Support radiologist dictation, reporting, addendum and report transmission workflows.
• Troubleshoot PowerScribe → Epic → Visage/PACS report-flow issues.
• Investigate missing/delayed reports, locked studies and report association issues.
• Support PowerScribe Bridge/interface and coordinate with Epic, PACS and vendor teams.
• Maintain procedure/PMT, custom fields and site configurations.
• Support Peer Review/RadPeer, Clinical Guidance and Quality Check.
• Handle incidents, requests and changes through ServiceNow.

Required Skills:

• PowerScribe 360 administration/support.
• Radiology workflow and PACS knowledge.
• Epic/EMR integration knowledge.
• Healthcare interface troubleshooting (ADT/Orders/Results).
• ServiceNow and production support experience.

This role requires work from office on all working days and shifts as per the 24x7 shift roster. The office location would be Noida, Bangalore or Hyderabad
