Application Support and Maintenance for a US based Healthcare Provider - (Behavioral Health)

(Surgery Endoscopy) 

Experience supporting healthcare applications used in endoscopy, procedural, or surgical care environments.

•        Understanding of endoscopy workflows, including patient scheduling, procedure documentation, image capture, and post-procedure reporting.

•        Knowledge of healthcare system integrations, including EMR/EHR connectivity, imaging systems, and clinical documentation platforms.

•        Strong application troubleshooting and issue resolution skills involving medical devices, software applications, and connectivity issues.

•        Experience working with physicians, nurses, and procedural staff to provide application support, user training, and ongoing operational assistance for endoscopy or similar healthcare applications.

•        Experience with applications such as CensiTrac, T-DOC, oneSOURCE, or other similar healthcare applications is preferred but not mandatory.
