We are currently seeking a Asset Management Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Responsibilities:
· End to End Asset Management Life Cycle Experience in Hardware assets including Managing leased assets
· Create / Update to asset records in the Asset Database accordingly throughout all stages of asset lifecycle
· Participate in Asset Management audits and remediation efforts.
· Configure and support HAM Pro workflows, including asset transfers, audits, contract and warranty management, and lifecycle automation.
· Integrate HAM Pro with discovery sources (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, ServiceNow Discovery, Jamf, Device42) to improve inventory accuracy and asset visibility.
· Produce operational dashboards, KPI reports, and compliance metrics while driving continuous process improvements aligned with ITIL best practices.
· Leverage ServiceNow Now Assist and AI-powered capabilities to improve asset data quality, automate routine tasks, generate insights, summarize asset records, and enhance operational efficiency.
· Maintain accurate asset records by performing lifecycle governance, stock reconciliation, asset normalization, and data quality reviews.
· Configure and support HAM Pro workflows, including asset transfers, audits, contract and warranty management, and lifecycle automation.
· Analyze client contracts, Purchase agreements and other data to manage hardware assets effectively
· Interact directly with clients and other internal and external sources to obtain relevant data and documents in required forms and consistent with project objectives and deadlines.
· Assess data accuracy and reasonableness and follow-up directly with clients, internal support staff, or partner appropriately to achieve necessary understanding and to resolve the anomalies.
· Ensure quality and timely delivery of customer requirements.
· Generate monthly asset reports regarding this Service, as well as ad-hoc reports as requested internally or by customer.
Requirements:
· 6+ years of experience in a similar role
· 3+ years of ITAM experience with hands-on HAM Pro administration.
· Experience managing hardware assets, performing audits, lifecycle updates, reporting, reconciliation, and supporting workflow execution.
· Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow administration.
· Advanced knowledge on Excel, Access, other tools to create reports and Dashboards
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations
· Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking
· This role follows a full-time Work From Office (WFO) model, requiring the candidate to work from the office five (5) days a week.
Preference
· Degree in a technical field
· Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now/Flexera/Remedy preferred.
· An Industry Certification such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management (CHAMP) will have an advantage
· Knowledge or experience with discovery tools such as SCCM/SMS/Flexera/Marimba/LANDesk/Altiris etc.
· Experience working in a managed services environment and with virtual teams
