We are currently seeking a Automation Anywhere Lead to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Duties: Roles & Responsibilities:
• 7+ years of Automation Anywhere development in the enterprise software space, agile methodologies
• Requires minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in leading the Automation Anywhere teams, work independently or under the direction of Architect/Leadership. • Design and develop solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere Tool and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project• Take business requirements, current and future state process designs and translate them into process flows
• Strong technical leadership skills in evaluating Software Solutions, and following best practices in architectural design and applying design patterns
• Experience in RPA infrastructure setup is a plus
• Good understanding of attended vs unattended robotics implementations
• Knowledge of Citrix environment with RPA Tools
• Knowledge of OCR libraries or tools (eg., ABBYY..).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to deliver proposals; provide user support and interact with team members and other departments
• Ability to build trusted relationships with team members and managers to develop solutions
• Flexible and agile attitude in respect to responsibilities and change that may be outside your control
• Flexible and adaptable, the individual will be open to learning new methodologies, tools, platforms and systems

Minimum Skills Required: Automation Anywhere - 5+
Any other RPA tools (UiPath / Blue Prism / Microsoft Power Automate) - 2+ (optional)
Lead Developer / Technical Lead - 2+ yrs
