We are currently seeking a BHOM - Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Title: BHOM Event Management, Administration & Architecture Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to join our IT Operations team, specializing in BHOM Event Management, Administration, and Architecture Support. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our monitoring ecosystem, with a focus on event lifecycle management, platform administration, and architectural enhancements across BHOM environments.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management

• Monitor, triage, and manage events generated across BHOM platforms.
• Ensure timely resolution and escalation of critical alerts.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to fine-tune event thresholds and reduce noise.
• Maintain event correlation rules and suppression logic to optimize alerting.

Administration

• Perform day-to-day administration of BHOM tools and integrations (e.g., OpsRamp, Zabbix, ServiceNow).
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions across monitoring platforms.
• Maintain configuration baselines and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Support onboarding of new devices and services into the BHOM ecosystem.

Architecture Support

• Assist in designing scalable and resilient BHOM architecture aligned with enterprise monitoring strategy.
• Evaluate and implement enhancements to improve performance and coverage.
• Participate in tool upgrades, patching, and integration efforts.
• Document architectural changes and maintain system diagrams and runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, monitoring, or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as OpsRamp, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar.
• Familiarity with event correlation, alert routing, and incident management workflows.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components (Linux, Windows, Network, Cloud).
• Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in ITIL, Monitoring Tools, or Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and monitoring strategy design.
