We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-Delivery Manager to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Core Role Objective

A Banking Delivery Manager oversees the successful execution, governance, and end-to-end delivery of high-value IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, or operational programs within a financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

🚀 Program Execution & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex banking software solutions, including Core Banking Systems (CBS), digital wallets, payment gateways, and loan origination platforms.
• Drive agile transformation by leading cross-functional squads, removing blockers, and managing sprint plans.
• Enforce compliance standards by ensuring all deliveries align with financial regulations like PCI-DSS, GDPR, Basel III, and local central bank mandates.

🤝 Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Bridge business and tech by collaborating closely with product owners, enterprise architects, security teams, and C-level executives.
• Oversee external vendors and system integrators, tracking SLA performance, statement of work (SOW) compliance, and milestone achievements.

📉 Risk & Financial Management

• Mitigate deployment risks related to data privacy, systemic downtime, and financial fraud vulnerabilities.
• Control project budgets, monitoring resource allocation, operational expenditures , and return on investment (ROI).

Job Requirements & Qualifications

🎓 Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMI-ACP.

🧠 Experience & Domain Knowledge

• Minimum 7–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 4+ years strictly within retail, corporate, or investment banking sectors.
• Hands-on experience with core banking platforms (e.g., Finacle, Temenos, Mambu) or large-scale payment systems (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, IMPS).
