We are currently seeking a Configuration Senior Specialist - SCCM/Intune L2 to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SCCM/Intune Administrator to manage and optimize enterprise-wide software distribution and patch deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient delivery of applications and updates across all endpoints.


Key Responsibilities:

Software Distribution

  • Design and implement application packaging and deployment strategies using SCCM and Intune.
  • Manage deployment collections, distribution points, and content replication.
  • Monitor deployment success rates and troubleshoot failed installations.
  • Collaborate with application owners to validate and test packages before release.

Patch Management

  • Develop and maintain patch deployment schedules for Windows and third-party applications.
  • Use SCCM and Intune to automate patch scanning, approval, and deployment.
  • Ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities and compliance with security baselines.
  • Generate patch compliance reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Endpoint Configuration

  • Maintain configuration baselines and compliance policies for managed devices.
  • Support hybrid environments with co-management between SCCM and Intune.
  • Implement Windows Update for Business policies via Intune.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Create dashboards and reports for software deployment and patch compliance.
  • Analyze trends and provide recommendations for improving deployment efficiency.

Troubleshooting & Support

  • Provide Tier 3 support for software and patch-related issues.
  • Collaborate with helpdesk and infrastructure teams to resolve endpoint challenges.

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Maintain detailed documentation of deployment procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve deployment workflows and automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in SCCM and Intune administration.
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with application packaging tools (e.g., MSI, App-V, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with WSUS, Windows Update for Business, and third-party patching solutions.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-101, AZ-104) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in hybrid co-management environments.
  • Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
