We are currently seeking a Consulting Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Title: Consulting Analyst
Location: Noida

Eligibility criteria: 80% minimum 10th/12th/Graduation (no backlogs).  Open for all Science/ Commerce/ English/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Applications courses.

Requirements

• Science/ Commerce/ English/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Applications streams.
• Must be flexible and open to both domestic and international travel, for short term as well as long term.
• Self-confident with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Internship experience with leading financial services/Consulting/IT firm is good to have.

Good to have

• Industry recognized certifications - Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing and Healthcare
• Horizontal Certifications in Agile, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Blockchain and others

Roles and Responsibilities

• This role will be based out of Noida office- working largely from office with various Consulting Leaders, leads, mentors and project associates.
• Accurately preparing written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, and professional.
• Possessing good analytical skills, with ability undertake economic, policy and financial analysis to a professional standard. Ability to assimilate facts and make decisions based on same.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and deliver under pressure.
• Implementing strategies and processes for gathering, reviewing, and analysing data requirements.
• Generating innovative solutions by approaching problems with curiosity and an open mind, using existing information to its fullest potential.
• Adhering to project standards defined by project management, accurately employing our methodology and documentation tools.
• Proactively carrying out project support /administrative functions and establishing responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively.
• Actively involved by setting challenging goals and meeting them through continuous learning.
