We are currently seeking a Delivery Lead - Banking Applications (Core Banking & Lending) to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery for large banking application programs, with strong exposure to Core Banking and Lending platforms. The role will drive execution across multiple workstreams, manage stakeholders, ensure governance and quality, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver predictable outcomes across change and run initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery for banking application portfolios/programs spanning core banking, lending (retail/corporate), payments, digital channels, and surrounding systems
- Lead multi-vendor, onshore/offshore teams and manage delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
- Establish and run delivery governance: status reporting, RAID, steering committee decks, KPIs/SLAs, and release readiness
- Drive requirements-to-release execution with business, product, architecture, QA, and operations teams; ensure traceability and sign-offs
- Manage application modernization / upgrades / migration initiatives (e.g., core platform upgrades, cloud migration, API enablement, microservices adoption)
- Oversee SDLC/Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) including sprint planning, dependency management, and release orchestration
- Ensure compliance with banking standards: security, audit, SOX/PCI (as applicable), data privacy, change management controls
- Partner with production support teams to ensure stable operations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement (problem management)
- Manage commercial aspects: estimation, resourcing, utilization, vendor performance, and financial tracking
- Coach delivery managers, leads, and teams; build a strong delivery culture focused on predictability and customer outcomes
Required Experience & Skills
- 18+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in delivery/program management for BFSI programs
- Strong domain knowledge of banking applications, especially core banking and lending (loan origination, servicing, collections, limits/collateral, credit workflow)
- Proven track record delivering large, complex programs with multiple integrations (channels, CRM, data, payments, risk, finance)
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns: APIs, ESB, middleware, event streaming, batch processing
- Hands-on experience with delivery governance, metrics, and stakeholder management at senior levels (CIO/CTO/COO, business heads)
- Expertise in Agile delivery and working knowledge of DevOps/CI-CD and test automation practices
- Strong risk management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent communication and executive-level reporting/presentation skills
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with core banking platforms (any): Temenos T24/Transact, Finacle, Flexcube, FIS, Fiserv, etc.
- Experience with lending platforms (any): nCino, Finastra, Loan IQ, Pega, etc.
- Experience in cloud transformation (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization, and SRE/observability
- Certifications: PMP/Prince2, SAFe, CSM/PSM, ITIL
