We are currently seeking a Delivery Lead Sales to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Application Governance
- Lead technical initiatives to identify, classify, monitor, and govern applications deployed across enterprise laptops.
- Establish governance processes for sanctioned and unsanctioned applications within the Enlyte environment.
- Partner with application owners to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and lifecycle management of applications.
- Drive implementation of application custodianship and governance standards.
Vulnerability Management & Remediation
- Lead endpoint vulnerability remediation initiatives across laptops and end-user computing platforms.
- Analyze vulnerability exposure data from security and endpoint management tools to identify remediation priorities.
- Coordinate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security operations to remediate critical and high-risk vulnerabilities within agreed SLAs.
- Drive patch governance, software update compliance, and remediation tracking processes.
- Support reduction of endpoint attack surface through proactive remediation and application rationalization.
- Establish reporting and dashboards for vulnerability posture, remediation status, compliance trends, and risk exposure.
- Identify recurring vulnerability patterns and recommend automation or preventive controls.
Security & Data Integration
- Integrate and correlate application usage, vulnerability, and security telemetry from platforms including:
- Palo Alto Networks
- CrowdStrike
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft SCCM
- CMDB and enterprise asset repositories
- Analyze application usage patterns, privilege elevation activities, and security risks.
- Support proactive identification of shadow IT, unauthorized software, vulnerable applications, and configuration weaknesses.
Technical Leadership
- Serve as the offshore technical lead within a cross-functional application management and security team.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to prioritize remediation, governance, compliance, and security enhancement activities.
- Provide technical guidance for endpoint security improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
- Support security transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise cyber strategy and Zero Trust principles.
Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Ensure application governance and vulnerability remediation processes align with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop operational metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting for application compliance and vulnerability remediation effectiveness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to endpoint security, patch management, and application lifecycle governance.
- Assist in defining operational runbooks, governance standards, and remediation procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with endpoint management and security technologies including:
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft SCCM
- CrowdStrike
- Palo Alto Networks
- Experience with vulnerability management and remediation processes across endpoint environments.
- Knowledge of patch management, software compliance, endpoint hardening, and security baselines.
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Endpoint Privilege Management Solutions.
- Knowledge of CMDB platforms, software asset management, and endpoint compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of application discovery, software inventory management, endpoint telemetry, and security analytics.
- Experience working with automation, reporting, and remediation orchestration tools.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Ability to lead offshore technical teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Digital Workplace or Cybersecurity environments.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in endpoint security operations, vulnerability remediation, or cyber defense initiatives.
- Exposure to ITSM and ITIL-based operational environments.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust, endpoint hardening, and modern workplace security principles.
Relevant certifications such as:
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator
- CISSP
- Security+
- ITIL
- CrowdStrike or Palo Alto certifications

- Improved visibility and governance of enterprise applications.
- Reduction in unauthorized, vulnerable, and unmanaged applications.
- Improved vulnerability remediation timelines and compliance adherence.
- Increased accountability from application owners and custodians.
- Enhanced endpoint security posture and reduced endpoint risk exposure across the Enlyte environment.
- Improved reporting, telemetry correlation, remediation governance, and operational maturity.
