We are currently seeking a ECM (IBM FileNet / Content Manager) -Administrator / Architect to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Role: ECM (IBM FileNet / Content Manager) –Administrator / Architect
Grade: 10
Role Overview:
The Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Business Administrator / Architect is responsible for designing, configuring, and managing ECM platforms such as IBM FileNet or OpenText Content Manager to support enterprise document and content lifecycle management.
Skills:
- Knowledge about working in ECM FileNet/Content Manager/CMOS or any of the leading Document imaging system with Workflow/BPF concepts
- Good Experience in drafting Functional Specifications and getting sign-off from stakeholders
- Experience is Functional testing.
- Experience working independently with the Business/LoB's teams
- Experience working as a project manager will be added advantage
JOB Summary:
- Need10+ of FileNet/Content Manager/ CMOD admin/Solution Architect/Designer experience.
- Strong Experience with IBM Content Management Systems like FileNet, Content Manager and WebSphere
- Experience on IBM Case Content Navigator is MANDATORY
- Administer and manage IBM FileNet / OpenText Content Manager platforms
- Manage user roles, security policies, and access control
- Should have strong experience on Installation and upgrade, configuration and deployment, Administration, and maintenance of FileNet 4.x and 5.x, Content Manager 8.x environments.
- Should be proficient in designing, developing, and supporting application solutions using FileNet Content Management.
- Clearly communicate translation of requirements from business and technical sources into technical design direction, using various means including specifications, UML modelling techniques, etc.
- Experience in FileNet P8 products like Records Manager, ICC4SAP, Business Process Manager (BPM), BAW, ICN, Kofax is added advantage.
- Design and architect quality solutions taking into account. Design FileNet environment concepts, quality, and industry best practices.
- Should have experience on designing the technical specification document, Data Model activities.
- Complete proof of concepts to prove new technologies in support of architecture vision and guiding principles.
- Lead or participate in Enterprise vendor, technology, and tool selection.
- Provide architectural consultation, support, mentoring, and guidance to project teams, solution architects, and developers.
- Must have expertise in evaluating all new ECM – FileNet or Content Manager patches and releases to apply it on the ECM System.
- Should have good knowledge of metadata model, master data and audit data management, modeling of business processes.
- Should have good experience in large content migration projects (documents, metadata transformation, audit, annotation, workflow migration etc.). FileNet Content Services, Content Manager Preferred
- Should have experience in PowerShell scripting, Jayton or any scripting to handle automated installations and deployments.
- Clearly communicate translation of requirements from business and technical sources into technical design direction, using various means including specifications, UML modelling techniques, etc.
- Must have experience in monitoring and maintain all FileNet applications and servers using New Relic or App Dynamics or Splunk or Graphana.
- Should have experience in implementing SSO using Kerberos for FileNet Applications including but not limited to Workplace XT / Content Navigator.
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Experience in Database: Oracle, BD2, SQL Server
