We are currently seeking a Oracle HCM Functional to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Description: 

• Oracle HCM Functional

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules 
• Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization 
• Basic technical knowledge of one or more components  
• Reporting & Extracts 
• OTBI 
• BIP 
• HCM Extract 
• Data Migration 
• HDL 
• SHDL 
• Fast Formulas 
• Ability to apply Oracle Cloud technical development fundamentals to tasks 
• Ability to apply Oracle Cloud HCM to at least one industry 
• Functional knowledge of 1 module a plus (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compens
