Responsibilities: 
•    Play a key role in the development team to build high-quality, high-performance, scalable code 
•    Participate in complete SDLC process (design, development, and support) of tech solutions 
•    Produce technical design documents and conduct technical walkthroughs
•    Work collaboratively with business partners to understand and clarify requirements.
•    Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•    Design and develop industry-leading applications.
•    Actively participate in the production issues resolutions.
What We’re Looking For: 
•    4-6 years of application development experience with:
            o C#
            o SQL Server
            o Windows/Linux 
            o REST API
            o WPF
•    Ability to work in team-oriented environment and can work independently.
•    Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
•    Strong drive to continue learning and improving
•    Experience with automated testing platforms, unit tests, acceptance testing.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Expertise in agentic AI. Knowledge of how to leverage the features of GitHub Copilot, and do so in the most cost-effective way, given costs of premium requests.
•    Understanding how to create guard rails for the AI in order to leverage it effectively when completing tasks.
•    Ability to explain different use cases for AI as a development aid; not just code completion and asking questions.
•    Understanding how to leverage AI in products in a safe way that doesn’t expose customer data and makes context part of the architecture
•    Knowledge of using AWS containers effectively, both for actual products as well as build pipelines and general development scenarios.
•    Know how to develop and package features such that they are cloud/deployment agnostic.
