We are currently seeking a HCM Techno Functional consultant to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

• Extensive HCM Techno-Functional experience - About 7-8 years. Extensive experience in any HCM Cloud applications.
• At least 3 years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, Absence Management, Performance Management).
• Must have at least 5 years of Support project experience in Oracle Cloud HCM related Core HR, Absence Management, Performance Management.
• Should have support experience working with external interfaces to 3rd party benefits, ADP etc
• Must be a thought leader and should be able to architect a HCM solution based on Oracle Cloud Fusion technology.
• Excellent Communication Skills and proficient functionally and technically.
• Fusion HCM implementation certification is required, if no prior experience of implementing Cloud HCM
• Should be able to create OBI reports independently
