INFO TECHNOLOGY SR. ASSOCIATE

•    Basic understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare applications.
•    Ability to work with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to support day-to-day operational issues.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users, clinical staff, and technical teams.•    Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to learning and issue resolution.
•    Willingness to provide L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems under senior team guidance.
•    Ability to monitor application health, log incidents, troubleshoot basic issues, and support SLA-driven operations.
•    Basic knowledge of ITIL concepts, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
•    Support application testing, upgrades, patch validation, documentation, SOP creation, and knowledge management activities
