We are currently seeking a IT Associate Director to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
• Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
• Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
• Responsible for the delivery of service commitments to customers and towards NTT financial commitments (organization responsibilities are detailed in the following bullets):
• Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs committed within the approved deal model.
• Coordinates the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations.
• Provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Identifies opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience.
• Accountable for the day-to-day operations of an area managing processes, programs and/or initiatives.
- Manages a staff of professional level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors.
- Defines roles and responsibilities.
- Contributes to standards around which others will operate.
- Establishes and influences operating policies.
- Plans for an area’s future needs and operations.
• Leads program execution.
• Contributes to policy/ program development.

• Knowledge in MEM\SCCM\Application packaging and Delivery preferred.
Qualification
Graduate\Post Graduate Degree
15+ years of experience
Knowlege on ITIL V4 and service delivery
