We are currently seeking a ITIL Account Service Operations Sr Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Leads intermediate-level service delivery processes and associated projects.
Manages service delivery processes in a standard service delivery environment.
Assists in developing and closing business opportunities with current and targeted clients.
Delivers client and leadership communications and presentations.
Ensures team achieves specific performance, compliance and client service measures.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. 
Demonstrates attentiveness to quality and productivity. 
Experienced analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
